A: Although rare, yes it can happen. Anyone can have a reaction to anything natural or not. Natural does not mean hypoallergenic. We do recommend reviewing our ingredient list before purchase.
Q: Why does the shampoo seem to knot my hair?
A: Wash out products should not contain high amounts of moisture agents due to the increased risk of residues and build up occurring. We do not use silica derived agents in our products which is why this feeling occurs. We always suggest using the corresponding conditioner for a more desirable effect.
Q: Can you make targeted personalized products?
A: yes, just call or email us and let us know what you’re looking for and we will check our availability
Q: what do you color your products with?
A: We use extractions from various plant matter to achieve the desired color.
Q: What kind of licensed professional creates your products?
A: a licensed cosmetologist with over 25 years in the beauty industry, as well as 20 years in product knowledge and chemistry formulate and create each product we carry to ensure performance , stability, and longevity.
Q: Why do your products have shorter expiration?
A: simply we do not use popular harmful chemicals to increase longevity. We do use healthy, nourishing anti oxidants to increase longevity in our own naturally derived products.
Q: Do your products work the same way as over the counter products?
A: Yes, but they are better for you.
Q: What plants do your products come from?
A: none of our products come directly from a plant but more so from plant extracts that are further processed to become your product. Many of our products are a combination of various plant extracts, but our most common is coconut for its versatility.
Q: I bought body lotions 4months ago. Why does it seem thicker?
A: the longer a product sits the stability wanes. This is why each of our products have an expiration date.
Q: Can I use my expired product?
A: all products should be discarded once expiration has been reached.
Q: The leaves seem to weigh my hair down too much?
A: The leave-in is intended to be used with a small amount especially on fine hair. It is highly concentrated. We have found 2-4 spritz through the mid to end of your hair strands works best for most hair types.
Q: Do you have larger sizes?
A: All this time we offer sizes specified.
Q: where are your products made?
A: We are a U.S based company. Every product from start to finish is produced in house, as we do not outsource portions of production.

Q: What happens if I have a reaction, do I get my money back?
A: Yes, we do require certain verification to be met which can be found in Clause 1.
Q: Do I just call my credit card to get a refund?
A: We are more than willing to work with you if you desire a refund, please do not go through the hassle of a charge back. Contact us through our support link.
Q: How do I get direct answers from a real person?
A: We do not have automated services other than voicemail, most cases we will answer the phone but in the event we could not please leave a message and a company owner will contact you back. Phone number can be found on our home page.
Q: My product was damaged when I received it, what do I do now?
A: Contact us through our support page, so we can start a reship ticket for you. Please follow Clause 2.
Q: What happens if I get a product I really don’t like?
A: Although we think it is highly unlikely, we know not everything is for everyone! Just contact us via our support link and we will be happy to work with you on an exchange as long as requirements have been met see Clause 3.
Clause 1:
To receive a full refund we will need documentation of the reaction with either photographic proof or full documentation from a physician. We also require the product in original condition to be returned with-in 14 days of purchase. After requirements are met as well as a full diagnostics of the returned product is performed we will review for full refund.
Clause 2:
In the event you receive a damaged product, please contact us via the support link so that we can start a reship ticket for you. The unused unopened product will need to be shipped back to us for inspection and reviewed for reshipping.
